  • Participation in the forming of the long-term brand development strategy;
  • Implementation of the short-term activities in alignment with brand positioning and strategy;
  • Brand activation implementation though key consumer touchpoints;
  • Analysis of the market and competitive environment and regular reports preparation;
  • Artworks creation and adaptation and control according to the workflow and associated deadlines;
  • Representation of the brand internally within cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, catman, finance etc.);
  • POSM designs development;
  • Budget planning support;
  • Document workflow control and coordination along with Purchasing and Financial departments.


  • High education in marketing/economics;
  • Relevant experience at least 2 years in FMCG on position of Junior Brand Manager;
  • English – from upper-intermediate level;
  • Experience in developing 360 campaigns across key touchpoints (digital, TV, BTL);
  • Very good analytical skills (usage of Nielsen, consumer panels, databases etc);
  • Strong planning, coordinating skills, ability to work under pressure
