1. Partner closely with Sales team to deeply understand businesses measurement pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
2. Partner with sales and marketing science on the debriefing of marketing campaign measurement. Make recommendations from insight to drive best practice and revenue growth.
3. Partner with sales on viewability, verification and brand safety conversations, identifying and solving for gaps in the narrative.
4. Maximise value from measurement across the region by implementing meta studies and ensuring inclusion of results in case studies and at industry events.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives.
6. Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving ads product, with a focus on measurement. Instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
7. Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
1. BA/BS degree or above.
2. 3+ years of market research experience, media agency analytics experience or product marketing experience with digital ad products.
3. 3+ years of experience from the digital advertising industry.
4. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
5. Experience working with clients on qualitaitve and quantiative measurement of marketing campaigns. An understanding of the measurement solutions provided in market and an ability to advise businesses on these.
6. Experience handling viewability, 3rd party verification and brand safety conversations with businesses.
7. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
8. A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
9. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
